Welcome back to school!

I am honored to be the principal of such a wonderful school.  We have an exceptional group of teachers, parents and students.  By working together, we can create an environment that promotes achievement and a sense of community.

Our teachers are committed to the success and well-being of every child in our building.  We work hard every day to make certain that our students thrive socially, emotionally and academically.  Many staff members are part of the Montclair State University Clinical Faculty program in an effort to enhance curriculum and infuse innovative ideas into instruction.

Our Home and School Association provides our students with many wonderful opportunities and tools that enhance the classroom experience.  The Franklin HSA works to create many opportunities for parents and students to come together to celebrate our school and our community.

Our students work hard to be respectful, successful and responsible.  They are a pleasure to see every day.

My door is always open for suggestions, guidance and support.  If we work together, we can achieve many wonderful things.

-Ms. Abbasso
